1. Introduction
1.1 The following sections explain the rules that govern your use of our Services and all transactions via our Services (the "General Rules"). Please read them carefully and ensure you understand them before agreeing to be bound by them. The End is set out at the end of these General Rules.
1.2 In these General Rules:
1.2.1 "TGCL" means The Gaming Channel Limited (a private limited company registered in England and Wales under number 0427461, of 6-7 Princes Court, Wapping Lane, London E1W 2DA, VAT number 802885619)
1.2.2 "TGCBL"means The Gaming Channel Bookmakers Limited (a private limited company registered in England and Wales under number 04274612, of 6-7 Princes Court, Wapping Lane, London E1W 2DA) (not registered for VAT)
1.2.3 "we", "us" and "our" means TGCL, TGCBL and/or (as applicable) their associated companies. TGCL is licensed to provide online and interactive fixed odds betting opportunities via TGCBL under a bookmakers' permit issued to TGCBL by the City of London licensing justices (and all bets placed through the Services are placed with TGCBL)
1.2.4 "you" are the registered account holder and member of the Services as outlined below
1.2.5 the "you" means the interactive television services (including interactive fixed odds betting games) provided by us and accessed via a set top box;
1.2.6 the "Mobile Service" means any services (including interactive fixed odds betting games) provided by us and intended to be accessed by mobile devices via mobile telecommunications networks;
1.2.7 the "Third Party Services" means the channels and services of various third party broadcasters, content partners and interactive service providers;
1.2.8 the "Website Service" means any web-based services (including interactive fixed odds betting games) provided by us and accessed via the Internet;
1.2.9 the "Services" are the iTV Service, the Mobile Service and the Website Service and;
1.2.10 the "Games" are the games provided by us via the Services.
1.3 We are constantly seeking to improve the Services and these General Terms may therefore be subject to change by us as a consequence of updates and improvements to the Services or where required by law. Such changes shall have effect immediately upon publication via the Services and (subject always to your right of termination under paragraph 3.6), you agree to be bound by them. These General Terms were last updated on 19 February 2004.

2. Registration
2.1 In order to place any bets on any of the Games, you must open and maintain an account with us ("Your Account"). When you register, you will be allocated a personal membership number and PIN. You shall keep your membership number and PIN secure and must not reveal them to anyone else. Transactions made using your membership number and password are accepted by us on the understanding that you (and not somebody else) are playing the Games.
2.2 You shall be liable for any costs arising from all activities carried out under your membership number and PIN. If you think someone else has had access to your PIN or membership number you must contact us immediately via our customer care line on 0845 006 0235. You agree to be solely responsible for all use of the Services and any playing of the Games through use of your membership number and password. We shall not be liable for the use of Your Account by any other persons, whether authorised by you or not. Please read our security policy (at paragraph 8 below) for further details.
2.3 You must be 18 years old or over in order to register and join in the fun. Any transactions with persons under the age of 18 years will be void. We reserve the right to ask for proof of age and evidence to verify your identity at any time and will be carrying out regular checks of our members. We reserve the right to conduct checks against any of the details provided to us and pursue this information through any channels and methods available to us. Failure to provide substantiated proof of age or other requested information may result in the suspension of Your Account for up to 3 months, following which any funds will be forfeited by you. Any monies due or requested during this time will be withheld unless the requested information is provided.
2.4 We reserve the right to refuse to register you and/or to suspend and/or terminate Your Account where we have reason to believe that you may breach or have breached these General Terms or where required by law and, in such circumstances, we shall not be obliged to provide you with any reasons for so doing.
2.5 In using or otherwise accessing the Services, you shall not:
2.5.1 manipulate or otherwise abuse our financial system or attempt to penetrate our security protections or the accounts of other users;
2.5.2 cause to be published on, and/or send via, our Services or by playing any of the Games, or otherwise transmit or post any material that is untrue, defamatory, offensive, in breach of copyright or of an obscene or menacing nature, or which may cause damage, annoyance or anxiety to any person;
2.5.3 use the Services for bookmaking (and you acknowledge that we may monitor all use of the Services carefully to ensure that no customer is using the Services with a frequency or in a manner which might suggest such contravention of this prohibition);
2.5.4 cause any part of the Services to be interrupted, damaged or otherwise impaired; or
2.5.5 act in an illegal manner or otherwise contrary to the laws and regulations of your jurisdiction.
2.6 Any personal details provided by you to us are important and must be true, correct and complete. You must tell us of any changes to your personal details via the Services. Please read our End at the end of these General Terms for further information.
2.7 The copyright, database rights and other intellectual property rights ('IPR') in the materials displayed on or via any of the Services (('IPR'), which expression includes text, data, graphics, photographs, videos, animation, images and audio visual content) is owned by or licensed to us. This IPR is protected by the laws of England and Wales, international treaties and all other applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You agree to respect our IPR and those of third parties. You agree that the Materials are for your personal use only. You shall not use, copy or modify any Materials or give them to other people for commercial, investment or public purposes. Your use of the Services gives you no rights in relation to the IPR in the Materials save as explicitly specified herein.
2.8 It is your responsibility to ensure that at all times you comply with all laws and regulations in any jurisdiction where you are located or resident. It may be illegal for people from certain countries to use the Services and it is your responsibility to ensure that you have complete and unrestricted legal right to use the Services and to register and participate in the Games. You shall only use the Services in accordance with these General Rules and all applicable laws and regulations.
2.9 Due to the nature of the Services, which commence as soon as you click to confirm a deposit, bet or withdrawal, you do not have a right to cancel any such transaction once you have made this confirmation. You should therefore check the details of your transaction carefully before confirming that you want to continue since no refunds will be made if you later decide to cancel or change your transaction.

3. Your Account
3.1 The minimum account deposit is £10. All payments must be deposited by debit or credit card. You will only be able to use one payment card with Your Account. Please ensure you enter your payment card details correctly and if your card details change (including, for example, the issue number or expiry date), you must inform our customer care team immediately on 0845 006 0235. Failure to do the above may result in transactions being declined by the card issuer. We shall not be liable for transactions which are declined as a result of incorrect bank card details.
3.2 You are responsible for checking the confirmation screen displayed to you when carrying out a transaction and correcting any input errors before continuing. We shall not be liable for any transactions entered into in error after you have clicked to accept the details shown on the confirmation screen. You can view recent transactions in the 'My Account' screen.
3.3 Charges and proceedings may be brought against you or any other person who has manipulated, or tried to manipulate, the Services, any of the Games or Your Account or any other customer's account(s) and we reserve the right to pass on such information as we deem relevant to the relevant authorities if we become aware or suspect that you are involved in any such activities or otherwise where required to do so by law or a relevant regulatory body. In such circumstances, you acknowledge that we shall not be obliged to inform you of the same, nor to give any reasons for doing so.
3.4 If we become aware, or suspect, that a transaction involves or may involve financial crime or similar activity then we reserve the right to retain the amount of that transaction and any other transaction made by you. We shall be under no obligation to provide you with any reasons for so doing.
3.5 The balance held in Your Account will not earn interest in your favour.
3.6 You can terminate Your Account at any time by contacting our customer care line on 0845 0060 235 or by e-mail to customercare@gamein.tv. Upon termination all redeemable funds remaining in Your Account will be withdrawn to you to your registered payment card.
3.7 We can terminate Your Account for the reasons and in the circumstances set out in these General Terms or otherwise upon notice to you.
3.8 Daily/Weekly Limits: Following the recommendation of Gamcare, a charity working towards social responsibility in gambling, we have set daily and weekly "loss limits" for the protection of our members:
3.8.1 Daily Limit: £500
3.8.2 Weekly Limit: £1000
3.9 If there is no activity on Your Account over a continuous six-month period, we may notify you that we intend to terminate Your Account and ask you to confirm whether you wish to terminate or maintain Your Account. If you fail to respond within the period specified in our notice to you, Your Account will be deemed to have been terminated and you shall be deemed to have consented to us withdrawing and retaining any funds remaining in Your Account.

4. Paymant Cards
4.1 We accept the following payment cards: Switch, Delta, Visa Debit, Solo, Electron, MasterCard and Visa.
4.2 Electron and Solo transactions are only authorised when there are funds in the cardholder's bank account and in some cases when the cardholder is present. Any cards, which need the cardholder to be present, cannot be used to play the Games. Please check with your bank.

5. Repayments
5.1 We will credit all winnings to Your Account. In order to make a withdrawal from Your Account, select the 'withdraw' option under the My Account' button. Save as described in paragraph 5.2, we will make repayments to your registered payment card. We will seek to ensure that Your Account is credited within 3 - 5 working days although we do not guarantee this and some delays may occur.
5.2 The maximum daily withdrawal is £3000. Any request for sums above this may have to be withdrawn by cheque (and winners of the £1,000 "weekly competition" will be sent winners' cheques). This may take up to 21 days to process. For advice on withdrawing larger amounts please contact our customer care line on 0845 0060 235 or by e-mail to customercare@gamein.tv. To comply with U.K. money laundering regulations, you may be asked to send in proof of identity before any payments can be made to you.
5.3 If we credit a 'bonus' amount to Your Account, for the purposes of sales promotion, competition or otherwise, we may, in our sole discretion, reclaim any unused bonus amounts if you fail to use that account during any six-month period. Any bonus amount credited to Your Account by us is irredeemable and may not be withdrawn by you but must be used in the Services. If we credit a bonus amount to Your Account as a result of you depositing monies into Your Account, we reserve the right to cancel such bonus amount if you subsequently withdraw those monies (or part thereof) from Your Account. A bonus will sometimes appear as either 'refund', 'gift' or 'birthday gift' in Your Account. Bonus amounts can only be used after your deposits and any winnings have been exhausted.
5.4 If any problem occurs with the Services that affects our ability to operate any event after the event has started, the affected event will be void and stake monies will be returned to Your Account.
5.5 To maintain a high level of security to protect your funds, we will perform random security checks and keep records of transactions and wagers. You accept that we may demand additional documentation in the event of a security check and that we may terminate and/or suspend your registration and/or Your Account and/or withhold payment to you if we do not receive such documentation. In addition, we will not register you unless you provide us with the correct documentation requested of you in order to verify your identity.

6. Registration Bonus
6.1 A discretionary reward may be credited to Your Account once you have registered and deposited a minimum of £10 into Your Account. In order to qualify for any such discretionary award, you must be a "Play 4 Real" member, being a member who:
6.1.1 Is a resident of the United Kingdom aged 18 and over;
6.1.2 Has completed the registration process for the Services which includes (i) entering valid debit or credit card details which are acceptable to us and (ii) accepting all applicable terms and conditions relating to the Services (including these General Rules); and
6.1.3 Has deposited £10 or more into their games account.
6.2 This discretionary £10 registration reward can only be used by you to play games on the Service. It is irredeemable and cannot be withdrawn from Your Account and is non-transferable (i.e. it cannot be sold or given to any third party). We will pay the £10 reward automatically into Your Account when the above criteria have been fulfilled, in our sole discretion.

7. Recommend A Friend
7.1 If you are a "Play 4 Real" member (as described above), you will also have a £10 reward credited to Your Account each time someone who has (i) never registered their name and address with the Services and/or (ii) never opened a games account by entering debit or credit card details with the Services (each, a "New Member") fulfils all of the following criteria ("Scheme Criteria"):
7.1.1 the New Member becomes a "Play 4 Real" member (as described above) and must register with different debit or credit card details from you;
7.1.2 the New Member plays any Game with real money; and
7.1.3 the New Member enters your membership number at the time of registering for the Services.
7.2 This £10 reward can only be used by you on the Services. It is irredeemable and cannot be withdrawn from Your Account and is non-transferable (i.e. it cannot be sold or given to any third party). We will pay the £10 reward automatically into Your Account when the Scheme Criteria have been fulfilled, at our sole discretion. If a New Member does not complete all the Scheme Criteria, we will not make any payment to you for that New Member.
7.3 This New Member scheme (the "Scheme") will run from 1st November 2002 until further notice or until we, at our sole discretion, choose to end it (the "Scheme Period"). There is no limit on the number of New Members you can recommend during the Scheme Period.
7.4 We accept no liability for any incorrect entries of membership numbers or contact details that a New Member may supply as part of their entry.
7.5 No £10 rewards will be paid retrospectively - i.e. before the Start date of the Scheme.

8. Security Policy
8.1 We are committed to the security of all personal details entered via the Services. Our systems are rigorously tested and have been developed with encryption software and secure socket layer technology. All banking details and transactions are also protected by firewalls with a view to ensuring the security of all personal information and your complete peace of mind.
8.2 It is only necessary to enter your debit/credit card details once, which stores them in our secure servers using a proprietary encryption algorithm. After that your debit/credit card details will only be used when you make a deposit or withdrawal and are then transmitted between our secure servers and the secure servers of one of the UK's leading e-commerce payment companies, who in turn have secure encrypted links between themselves and all the major UK banks.

9. Security Guarantee
9.1 To prove the confidence we have in the security of our system, and to provide our customers with the highest possible level of confidence, we offer the "Security Guarantee" described below. The Security Guarantee protects you while you use the Services. In the event that you believe there is a security risk to Your Account, please let us know by contacting customer services on Tel: 0845 006 0235.
9.2 The January 2001 edition of the UK Banking Code states that you should only be liable for the first £50 of a fraudulent transaction if you comply with the card issuer's rules and have not acted fraudulently or without reasonable care. If the Code applies and your bank does hold you liable for any of this £50, in circumstances where you have complied with the card issuer's rules and have not acted fraudulently, without reasonable care or in breach of the General Terms or any other terms of use of the Services, we will refund your entire liability to the bank up to the full £50 (the "Security Guarantee"). In some cases we will need you to give us confirmation or evidence that you have not authenticated the transaction. Also, if we need to investigate the transaction further, we will need you to co-operate with us and with law enforcement agencies if we need to involve them.
9.3 The UK Banking Code is a voluntary Code followed by banks and building societies in their relations with personal customers in the United Kingdom. It sets standards of good banking practices that are followed as a minimum by banks and building societies subscribing to it. The relevant section of the Code is as follows:
14.8 Unless we can show that you have acted fraudulently or without reasonable care, your liability for the misuse of your card will be limited as follows:
• if someone else uses your card before you tell us it has been lost or stolen or that someone else knows your PIN, the most you will have to pay is £50
• if someone else uses your card details without your permission, and your card has not been lost or stolen, you will not have to pay anything
• if your card is used before you receive it, you will not have to pay anything

10. Our Liability
10.1 Nothing in these General Terms shall restrict our liability for: (i) fraudulent misrepresentation; (ii) death or personal injury resulting from our negligence or that of our agents or officers; or (iii) your statutory rights (including a right to receive a reasonable standard of service).
10.2 You acknowledge that your use of the Services and any information or material you download or obtain through the Services is at your own risk.
10.3 We shall not be liable for any errors or omissions in respect of the Services although we shall use our reasonable endeavours to avoid errors. You agree that we may correct obvious errors. We will settle your game sessions at the correct winning amounts as notified at the time of game card purchase.
10.4 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law you agree that we shall not be liable for any consequential, incidental or indirect loss or damages in contract, tort or otherwise, for any loss or damage whatsoever arising from or in any way connected with your use of the Services, including, without limitation, damage for any loss in business projects, loss of profits, loss of privacy, consequences of your use that were beyond our reasonable control, or other consequential losses arising in contract, tort or otherwise from the use of or the inability to use the Services.
10.5 You confirm that we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification to, suspension of or discontinuance of the Services. We make no warranties or representations with respect to the Services other than as expressly set out in these General Terms. We make no warranty or representation that the Services will be uninterrupted or error free and we shall not be liable in any way to you for the consequences of any interruptions or errors.
10.6 We may provide links to other interactive services, websites or other resources and may post, accept the posting of or make available content or advertising provided by third parties ("Third Party Content") on the Services. We do not accept responsibility for the Third Party Content and do not and cannot be deemed to have endorsed any Third Party Content. In particular, you acknowledge that we will not be party to any transaction or contract with a third party that you may enter into and that we shall have no liability to you in respect of any such transaction, whether arising in contract, tort, under statute or otherwise. You acknowledge that you will not involve us in any dispute between yourselves and the third party.
10.7 Our maximum liability to you for any bona fide claim arising in connection with the Services shall be £2000.

11. Disputes
11.1 Claims/disputes may only be raised within 12 weeks of the original transaction. All claims/disputes should be raised via our customer care team. You may also forward full details of your query/complaint to us at: The Gaming Channel Bookmakers Ltd, Units 6-7, Prince's Court, Wapping Lane, Wapping, E1 9DA. If we do not resolve your dispute or claim it may be submitted to IBAS (Independent Betting Arbitration Service) for arbitration, whose decision shall be final.
11.2 In the event of there being a dispute over the time at which a game card purchase was completed, then the time at which it was confirmed on our game card purchase capture system will govern the settlement.

12. General
12.1 These General Rules, together with any other rules applicable to the Services, constitute the entire agreement between you and us in relation to the Services. If any provision of these General Rules is or becomes illegal, void or invalid that shall not affect the legality and validity of the other provisions.
12.2 These General Rules, together with any other rules or provisions applicable to the Services, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law and, subject to the 'disputes' section above, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Privacy Policy and Data Protection Consent

In this end, capitalised terms have the meanings given to them in our "General Terms".

1 We understand the need to protect your privacy. All information that you provide to us will be held and only processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and our security policy (see above for details). If we change this End we will notify you of those changes via the Services.
2 In this End, "Your Data" means any information about you which is personally identifiable, including, without limitation, your name, address, telephone number, email address, financial details, membership number and PIN, password, comments, personal descriptions, photos and other information from which you can be identified and which you may disclose to us or that we may obtain about you in relation to the delivery of the Services to you.
3 We collect Your Data when you register to use the Services, make a transaction via the Services or otherwise use the Services, when you make a complaint or enquiry or provide other feedback or information to us upon request or otherwise. Where necessary we may also obtain from or verify Your Data with third parties to ensure that the information that you provide to us is correct, that you comply with the General Terms and in relation to your credit rating.
4 We may process Your Data in the course of monitoring usage of the Services and the storage of transaction information to check compliance with the General Terms, where required by law and for training purposes.
5 We use Your Data as follows:
a. in order to provide you with the Services, including to send you your customer welcome pack, quarterly news letters and other important news about the Services;
b. to contact you where we need to carry out testing of the Services or require further information from you pursuant to the General Terms;
c. to enhance and evaluate the Services, we may also collect information about your tastes and preferences both when you tell us what these are and by analysing your use of the Services, including (where relevant) by using cookies (see below);
d. periodically we will compile aggregate statistics about the Services and share them with reputable third parties. These statistics will not contain information that will enable those third parties to identify you personally;
e. where you are a prize-winner, to publish your name;
f. where requested by you, to send you emails or letters with information about related services offered by us that may be of interest to you;
g. we make the Services accessible, without limitation, via the Third Party Services. When you register with us we record the identity of any Third Party Service via which you have accessed the Services. In order to provide you with the Services we need to provide Your Data to the operator of that Third Party Service and, where requested by you, that operator may also use Your Data to send you emails or letters with details about their goods and services that may be of interest to you; and
h. we rely on various technical facilities and services provided to us by certain third parties in order to provide you with the Services, and Your Data may be disclosed to such third party service providers if and to the extent this is necessary for them to provide such services to us.
6 If at any time you want to change your preferences pursuant to (vi) and (vii) above, then please let us know by contacting customer services on tel: 0845 006 0235 or e-mail to customercare@gamein.tv or by responding to any opt-out mechanism contained at the end of any such communication.
7 We reserve the right to access and disclose Your Data to law enforcement agencies and industry regulators in order to comply with all applicable laws and lawful government requests, to operate our systems properly or to protect our users or us. Your Data may also be disclosed to third parties where a complaint arises concerning your use of the Services, and that use is deemed inconsistent with the General Rules or any applicable special rules which relate to any part of the Services from time to time.
8 Cookies are small pieces of information stored by your browser on your computer's hard drive. We may use cookies in the Website Service (or similar technologies on other Services) to allow us to understand who has seen which pages and advertisements, to determine how frequently particular pages are visited and to determine the most popular areas of the Website Service. Most web browsers automatically accept cookies, though you do not have to. We do not control the use of cookies by third parties. If you wish to disable cookies then you can do so by readjusting your browser settings although please note that by disabling cookies you may not be able to register with us via the Website Service or use all features of the Website Service.

SMS Terms and Conditions

1 The following are the full Terms and Conditions for the SMS Poker Game (the "Competition"). By entering the Competition, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2 The competition is organised by Via Vision Limited of Lanmor House, 370-386 High Road, Wembley, Middlesex, HA9 6AX ("ViaVision") and Million21 Ltd, Ducie House, 37 Ducie Street, Manchester, M1 2JW ("Million-2-1") together ("Promoters") and the service is provided to you by Million-2-1.
3 To qualify to enter the Competition you must be resident in the United Kingdom and be at least 16 years old. You must not be an employee, an agent or a director of Via Vision, Million-2-1 or any associated companies or subsidiaries or any member of any such person's immediate family.
4 The Competition offers entrants the opportunity to participate in a daily leader-board hosted on the website www.gamein.tv and which will be displayed within any poker programming. The winner at the end of each day will be the player that has accumulated the most points that day based on the scoring table (see below). The entry dates and times for each daily leader-board are also shown below. The leader-board is started afresh each evening at 10pm and score totals from the previous day's leader-board are not transferred to the new game. However these will be accumulated onto a monthly leader-board hosted on the website www.gamein.tv.

6 The charge of entry for each complete hand will be 50 pence inclusive of VAT. These charges will appear on your mobile phone bill if you have a contract account or be debited from your pre-pay account as applicable. In addition new players will be charged 25p inclusive of VAT to register their nickname on the leader-board. Standard text charges apply for each of the 2 x SMS messages you need to send to us in order to complete your poker hand and the 1 x SMS message to post your nickname to the leader-board except for T-Mobile and Virgin users where the 2 x SMS messages and the additional message to register your nickname will cost 10 pence each. Charges for SMS sending will vary depending upon the tariff option you subscribe to - please contact your mobile provider if you want to know the exact amount this will cost you. All mobile phone networks can enter.
7 To play using SMS...
a To enter the Competition text the trigger word POKER to the short code 81110
b You will be sent back a message containing 5 randomly selected cards from a standard 52-card deck
c Reply to the message with the selection of the cards that you wish to hold
d You will then be sent back a final message showing your final hand of cards, a description of the type of hand you are holding, your position on the leader-board and your cumulative points to date
e If your cumulative points total means that you are a new entry in the Top10 on the leader-board you will be asked to reply with your name. The name you provide will be used to identify you on the leader-board which will be displayed on the website www.gamein.tv
f To play another hand reply "POKER" to the message and you will be sent another hand of cards
g The aim of the game is to achieve the highest cumulative points total over the day. A player's points for all hands received over the day are totalled up and stored, the top 10 players in terms of total points for the day are displayed on the www.gamein.tv website
h The player that is top of the leader-board at the end of the daily competition may be contacted by Via Vision and could be featured within any poker programming
i The following points are allocated for each of the named poker hands:

High Card Any hand that does not qualify as one of the better hands above, such as KJ542 of mixed suits -5
j Initially a daily leader-board will run for three months from 15 January 2005. The entry dates and entry times for each of the leader-boards will run daily from 15 January 2005 10.00pm - 16 January 2005 10.00pm etc. but may be subject to change at any time. Any changes in the TV production schedule for "PokerZone TV" (Sky digital channel 843) may result in a change to the entry dates and times. Entries by SMS messaging for each of the daily leader-boards must reach us by 10pm each day
8 A player is able to play the poker game 20 times each day
9 In all matters the decision of the Promoters will be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into. The Promoters cannot accept responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to, or alteration of, entries, lost or delayed entries in transmission, arising from server functions, virus, bugs or other causes outside its control
10 The winner of the daily and monthly Competition will be contacted by Via Vision via the mobile phone used by the player in entering the game within 5 days of the relevant leader-board closing date. The winner may be requested to make themselves available for promotion or publicity of Via Vision
11 Participants may be asked to supply proof that they are the registered owner or authorised user of the mobile phone used to enter the Competition
12 Queries regarding the Competition must be received within 28 days of the closing date of the final game
13 The Promoters reserve the right to cancel or amend the terms of this Competition at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted within the rules on the site www.gamein.tv
14 The Promoters reserve the right to disqualify any entrant if we have reasonable grounds to believe that the entrant has breached any of these terms and conditions
15 Any personal data relating to the entrants will be used by Million21 and Via Vision solely in accordance with current data protection legislation
16 The Competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English Law
